How To Get Your Loved
One Released On Bond
Fill Out Paperwork (Online or In-Office)
The required paperwork can be filled out online using a smart device (iPhone, Android, tablet, iPad, computer, or any device with internet access) or in our office with one of our agents.
Pay Fees
Once your paperwork is complete, you will receive a summary of your fees. Once the fees have been agreed to and paid, our team will quickly work to get your loved one released.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT THE JAIL WILL NOT ASSIST YOU PRIOR TO PURCHASING A BOND. YOU MUST PURCHASE A BOND FIRST.
First Call Bonding Notifies County Jail
A member of our team will immediately contact the jail to inform them that bail has been posted. The jail will then process the defendant for release.
Go To Holding Area
.Our agents will finalize the necessary paperwork for the jail to process the defendant for release. Once all paperwork has been processed, a member of our team will notify you to proceed to the jail. You will then go to the holding area at the jail where your loved one is being held.
Take Your Loved One Home
After the jail signs off on all paperwork, in most cases your loved one will be released within 15 to 30 minutes.
